Two Year Old Twins, Outdoor Exploration, and Blissful Family Love || Antelope Island Family Pictures
Everything about this session was so adorable.... TIMES TWO!!! Marcie asked if we could do a mini session since the girls are two, and I definitely agreed. Two year olds usually don't last longer than 15 minutes, so a mini session is a great way to go when half of your family are toddlers. We met out at Antelope Island for a beautiful session filled with so much sweetness and love.
We started the session with some easy pictures. The girls wanted to play with their daddy, so we started there! It was so cute. They took turns playing with dad, loving on him, and running away. They were pretty intrigued by the outdoor natural playground of Antelope Island, too. It worked out well that while one girl played, we worked with the other one! And then they were more than happy to cuddle with mom and dad for some family pictures.
Everything about this session just felt joyful. It's pretty obvious that there is a lot of LOVE going around in this family's home. Everyone was happy to be together. As always, I especially loved having mom and dad step in the spotlight for pictures of just the two of them. I think it's pretty common knowledge that when a toddler is in the house, the attention goes to them! It's hard to find more than a few minutes at a time to focus on mom and dad's relationship. That's why I love taking that time at sessions. I love capturing where the family started, even if it's usually photo bombed by kids within a minute or two!
Antelope Island State Park is still gorgeous in the winter, so give me a call or email and let's go out and get your pictures done in Utah's little own beach paradise!
