Riki + Nathan || Salt Lake City, Utah Wedding Photographer
Erica and Nathan had such a beautiful, romantic, and perfect wedding. After hearing their soul bearing vows and the heart warming toasts from family that evening, it’s pretty clear that they are literally meant for each other.
I was pretty excited to be shooting at their wedding venue, The Logan House. With all my years of working in the wedding industry in Logan, you would think I had shot here already. But this was my first wedding there. It was beautiful - the landscape, shade from the big trees, and overall inviting feel definitely set the very intimate mood of Riki and Nathan’s big day. The couple added a lot of cute and personal touches like their “family tree” which was literally a bunch of their family pictures hung around a tree trunk, the shoe rack so their guests could be barefoot all day, and their gorgeous head tablescape.
The ceremony itself, the real reason for the day, was breathtaking and ethereal. The mother of the bride married the two under a large arch. The couple was barefoot and beautiful as they shared tears, laughs, and love. Their small guest list created such an intimate environment of love and support. The entire ceremony was truly gorgeous.
The party afterwards celebrated not just their marriage, but their relationships with all their guests. It was such an intimate and fun evening with so many amazing people. I loved every second of celebrating such a beautiful day with such an amazing couple!
