W Family || Antelope, Island Photographer

This family, Antelope Island, mild Utah winter.... kinda really loving my job right now!! But really, it's been really fun to have the photo season last a little longer this year. I don't think I ever really realized that Cache Valley is so much colder and has way more snow until I moved away!

We went out to Antelope Island for this family's pictures this year. We've done their pictures up Mueller Park last time, so this was a drastic change in background. It was perfect with the colors they chose to wear, too! During the session, the brother and sister requested to recreate the same picture from our session last year. And I died. Last year, she was definitely taller. But not this year! I know when kids are young, we make family pictures a priority. So I end up with lots of clients with really small kids. It's always a good change to get families with older kids in front of the camera. It's a completely different, fun, and tender experience. Teenagers change a lot year to year, too. I'm glad we captured that for this cute family!
