Ruby's Newborns and Family Lifestyle Session || Logan, Utah Newborn Photographer

I love lifestyle newborn sessions.  I especially love including the whole family in them so we can document the entire family and how their life changes with a new baby.I was excitedly shocked when Candy text me and said she had a new baby and needed pictures! I just took their family pictures last fall, but she got pregnant shortly after and I hadn't heard about her pregnancy at all. I was especially excited when I showed up and found out that she had a sweet little girl, baby Ruby!It worked out really well that it was a lifestyle session because Cadem, the new big brother, was extra comfortable at home. We were able to get my favorite kinds of pictures around their yard. And the pictures of Cadem in his bedroom playing with his mom.... MELT MY HEART.  So magical and perfect.Ruby was a little princess for her portion of the session.  She was loving all the snuggles and cuddling with her parents. We were able to get some pictures in the same places we did her brother's newborn pictures on. I always think these are fun since we typically like doing side-by-sides of our kids to see how much they look alike.Lifestyle sessions really are perfect for capturing a family in their element.  There's a comfort and ease to them that I can't really capture during a typical family session. I think they're especially easy for new moms to feel more comfortable when needing to nurse during the session or do a quick diaper change on the baby. It's such a perfect way to capture the newness of such precious little ones!
