Windy Family Pictures in Urban Downtown Salt Lake

I love when families come to me consistently because it means every session gets to be unique.

I’ve found that families that come for sessions more often aren’t looking for the “perfect family picture.” They are looking for new, creative ways of documenting where their family is at that exact point of life. Sure, everyone dresses nice and the family matches. But I feel like there’s a little more “capture real life” instead of capture an unrealistic moment.

When the Barlows still decided to go through with their windy picture day, I was so excited. I LOVE windy pictures. There’s something more emotional about them. But you have to be willing to be ok with flying hair and a bit more serious face with the wind.

So, what do you think? Would you like family pictures like this?!
