Growing Hopkins House Creators || Family Photos in Downtown Layton

This little family brings me so much joy. You've seen them around the blog lots because they have had such a whirlwind few years! I've shot her senior pictures, their proposal and engagements, formals, wedding, maternity, birth, newborns, and now their family pictures! And we'll be shooting round of all those baby ones this year, too. I can't wait. Oh, Emmaline is my sister, too :)

Jake and Emmaline are always doing something new and creative. This last year, they launched Hopkins House, a DIY and family blog. And they did it while Jake worked across the country and they had a new baby. We watched as a family as Emmaline poured her heart into learning so many new things and Jake was so supportive of her. They took part in their first Pinner's Conference and were super successful there! These two have the sweetest connection, and I love how much Jake has embraced all his new rolls with such compassion.

Beckham is kinda the heart and soul of the family parties currently. He got a new big boy haircut from his dad right before this photoshoot, and I'm pretty sure we're all dead from how cute he is now! He's in the stage where everything he does elicits a lot of laughs and smiles from us all. He's such an inquisitive and sweet little boy. He just loves being part of the family and we love watching him learn and do new things every day!

I am so excited for what 2021 has in store for this growing family. When we all rang in the new year together a couple days ago, I looked over at Emmaline and Jake right before the clock struck 12. I couldn't help but think of what a special year this is going to be for them - continuing to mold Becks into the great little boy he's bound to be, and welcoming a new life into their home. I can't wait to witness it all!
