Alexis and Christian have been a dream couple to work with - starting with their engagements. I was really excited to see Alexis. I remember her being a newborn baby in our small Ohio ward. I was friends with her Aunt, and her grandparents and a lot of their adult kids were in our ward, too. They are an amazing family, but it was really hard to believe that Alexis was already old enough to be getting married when I got the initial message from her mom about doing pictures. Time flies! I love that pictures give me the chance to reacquaint with people.

Christian and Alexis go to school down in Cedar City at SUU, but they wanted their pictures to be different. So they headed up this way and met me at American Fork Canyon for the perfect fall engagement session. It couldn't have been a more beautiful time of year. We drove along the canyon road, stopping at various spots along the way to the reservoir. Their cozy and casual looks were perfect for the backdrop. These two were a laid back and sweet couple. We had such a great time shooting that night!
